A morning of black and white film photography

Black and white film photography from a grey, moody morning on Calshot Beach.

There is quite a bit of white speckling on the images. The film lab explained that they've seen this before and it's either due to expiration of the film or a manufacturing defect.

These kind of ‘defects’ are all part of the fun when shooting film, in this instance adding a nostalgic feel to the images which I quite like.

Photos taken on Mamiya 645 1000s and Ilford HP4 PLUS 120 film.
